About the Role

As part of our Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for the management of the contract lifecycle. You will own the workflow for a portfolio of contracts and contribute to the management of both contractual and financial aspects. You will support the Commercial Operations Lead to:

  • Support and run a strong governance process for contracts and commercial agreements
  • Review incoming customer contracts and Statements of Work, highlighting key areas of risk and opportunity
  • Manage contract change
  • Monitor compliance against contractual obligations
  • Monitor, analyse and report on financial performance of contracts
  • Provide assurance of pipeline forecasts
  • Liaise with senior stakeholder (Heads of functions, Directors, C-level) during the management of the contract process
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery functions to facilitate successful capture of opportunities and delivery of the engagements
  • Build client relationships to help negotiation of new work and management of contract risks

About You

You will have an interest in being exposed to legal and commercial parts of the business, either through education or existing experience. Alongside this, you will have;

  • A proven track record of handling large volumes of processing, reacting to periods of higher volume where necessary
  • Experience of reviewing customer contracts and identifying areas of risk
  • Ability to analyse data and identify anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Experience of managing data within systems and the importance of accurate data as it flows through the workflow
  • Demonstrable experience of stakeholder engagement and presentation/drafting skills
