About the Role

As BJSS continues to grow its new Dynamics practice, this role offers the unique opportunity of being hands-on and client-facing while helping to build out the practice. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, helping our clients optimise their business processes and drive digital transformation. Adept at business process analysis, Dynamics 365 configuration, and system implementation, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional client service, this position will play a key role across a full spectrum of Dynamics solution implementation projects, from pre-sales activities to post-implementation support, including leading the workstreams on a variety projects. You’ll enjoy varied days that may see you working directly with clients in a consultative and advisory fashion, while other days may be more hands-on focusing on system analysis, configuration, and/or development. 

About You

  • Extensive, successful track record of delivering D365 solutions within consultancy environment
  • Demonstrable experience with any of the core Dynamics 365 modules, with preference for CE, CR, F&O, and/or AX experience
  • Confident in navigating in all stages of the project life cycle of a MS DX implementation project, from pre-sales through to Go-Live and ongoing support
  • Well-versed in working closely with clients to understand their business needs, document functional requirements, and translate them into system specifications within Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Able to configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications to meet the client’s business requirements, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Strong skills in process optimisation, able to identify opportunities to streamline and improve business processes through the use of Dynamics 365 capabilities, advising clients on process reengineering
  • Able to serve as the primary liaison between clients and technical teams, ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Comfortable overseeing user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user training and support to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation
  • Well-versed in supporting during the go-live phase, troubleshooting any issues that may arise, and ensuring a successful project delivery
  • Dedicated to staying up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with internal teams and clients
  • Comfortable working independently as well as withing a team setting, working toward project deadlines and milestones
