About the Role

Are you ready to take the next big step in your career and make a real impact? We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Regional Delivery Lead to play a crucial role in shaping the future of our regional office. Reporting directly to the Head of Delivery, you’ll be a vital part of the regional leadership team, working alongside our People & Practice Leads and Chief Engineer to drive growth, innovation and success. In this key leadership position, you’ll champion delivery excellence, inspire high-performing teams and ensure that our clients receive outstanding results every time. You’ll oversee the delivery of high-impact projects, making sure they’re not only of top-notch quality but also backed by creative, technically sound solutions that stand out in the market.

About You

You will have strong agile delivery experience and be able to personally shape, influence and support delivery across a portfolio of engagements. The role will include taking a hands on role, when needed, on the most complex, challenging and rewarding assignments across the BJSS portfolio using your exceptional leadership skills to ensure client and BJSS team success.

Being able to excel and make an appreciable difference within a high calibre, dynamic and challenging environment is one of the most stimulating elements of the role. A good appreciation of technology is vital, as is knowing when to defer to the technical expertise of the team around you.  

Commercial experience and entrepreneurial credentials would be useful; you will be involved with preparing commercial proposals for delivery engagements and so it is important that these are prepared with appropriate levels of understanding of delivery – i.e. estimation, team profiling, delivery planning and roadmaps and pricing.

You will bring significant delivery experience to the role and will understand good delivery principles, have an eye for detail and be able to ‘ask the right questions’ to validate successful delivery.
