About the Role

The Transformation Practice helps clients digitise and transform operations across the value chain, to leave them with sustainable, fit for the future operating models. To achieve this, we work with organisations to identify and realise opportunities to embrace new technologies, enhance processes, and improve ways of working across operational teams. We work across a range of industries, including Financial Services, Energy and Utilities, Retail and Public Sector, supporting them to deliver their economic and environmental goals.

As an Operating Model Consultant, you will sit as part of the wider Transformation team, working with Tier 1 clients to improve their operational efficiencies. You’ll drive clients' journeys into operational sustainability by building strategically aligned models across people, process and technology. You can expect to be involved in a wide variety of engagements, from working closely with clients at a functional level to helping the client pivot their operations to support a new strategic goal.

About You

  • Proven experience working with organisations to find innovative ways to maximise value across people, processes and technology
  • Experience in transforming businesses using organisational design, process transformation and performance improvement
  • Comfortable understanding a client’s strategic direction, helping to shape a future state design and transition roadmaps
  • Passionate about joining and actively shaping a community of practice to help define what is next for our clients in transforming their operations
  • Able to work with ambiguity across complex organisations to produce high quality outcomes
  • Solid understanding of and hands-on experience with Agile delivery, Product ways of working and transformation practices
  • Experienced in process mapping and redesign. Lean Six Sigma Green belt (or above) is beneficial
  • A natural at building relationships and bringing out the best in the teams you work with
  • Comfortable bringing complicated ideas to life in an engaging way across various levels of seniority
  • Confident in advising stakeholders across multiple seniority levels, serving as a trusted advisor
  • Strong work ethic, going above and beyond to deliver the most value to your clients
  • UK Industry experience required
