The Customer Support Corporate Accounts/Compliance Analyst role is responsible for customer interaction and communications to resolve user issues in an efficient and timely manner. This role will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for users, resolving all relevant account issues, and assisting users with account inquiries.
Respond in a professional manner to customer concerns via telephone and ticketing system
Initiate customer correspondence and act as a point of contact for account inquiries
Responsible for onboarding new corporate accounts
Evaluate document submissions for completeness and relevance
Employ existing workflows and provide insight into new workflows as business and customer needs evolve
Assist with general questions for new and existing customers related to corporate account privileges.
Work with internal teams to problem solve account related issues.
Utilize problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to determine proper issue resolution
Other tasks as necessary
Job Requirements & Qualifications, skills, and abilities:
4-year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience working in technical/financial services customer support environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - experience working with complex data sets in Excel is a plus
Demonstrated ability to create and communicate customer support best practices
Attention to detail and dedication to the customer service experience
Ability to learn and apply customer support best practices
Technical aptitude for navigating customer support environment.
Ability to articulate and formulate decisions into training for a support team
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent judgment and decision making while working with incomplete or imperfect information
Excellent written and verbal communication
