BitTitan is looking for a seasoned Product Solutions Engineer to work at our award winning Bellevue office!

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Lead Customer Success and Professional Solution Delivery, providing strategic and tactical guidance, management oversight of projects and staffing, including project assignments, capacity planning, and project profitability 
  • Enable customer success through the creation and execution of a pre and post sales plan that helps customers achieve their business outcomes
  • Uses key metrics and results and is data-centric in execution of delighting customers
  • Understands what drives value in SaaS and recurring business models and engages customers with continual follow up from no touch, to low touch to high touch, given the customer needs, SMB through enterprise
  • Displays passion for customers, combining empathy with an ability to challenge to drive adoption and success
  • Create and maintain project budget, assist with implementation plans, and modify when necessary to include agreed-upon revisions to project scope and agreed upon SLA’s 
  • Oversee and execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support and optimization of delivery 
  • Establish strategic plans along with other business leaders, and maintain strong relationships with solutions delivery, the sales team, client and account managers, etc. 
  • Develop effective relationships with key customers, partners, and all related stakeholders 
  • Develop and maintain departmental procedures, metrics, and key performance indicators to measure operations; develop and measure improvement targets and achievements and support changing business requirements 

Supervisory Responsibilities 

  • May include directly supervising service delivery engineers, business analysts, and automation engineers, as the company scales
  • Conduct employee performance reviews/evaluations and career development discussions 

Experience/Skills Requirements 

Required 

  • Deployment and management experience around Microsoft enterprise systems
    • Office 365
    • Exchange
    • Active Directory Domain Services
    • Hybrid infrastructure
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality documentation
    • Standard operating procedures
    • Deployment guides
    • Knowledge base articles
  • Experience as a solution engineer or professional service architect
  • Experience with discovery, design and implementation of customer-facing automated solutions using advanced PowerShell scripting
  • Ability to aggregate and distribute customer support and feedback requests into actionable context for product team to make the product better
  • Project coordination experience and understanding of multiple PM methodologies
  • Communications and Internal training for Customer Success team related to the product
  • Experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability and desire to push ideas from planning to execution, with focus on learning from outcomes

Preferred 

  • Experience creating and/or delivering professional and/or managed services

  • Deployment and management experience around Azure related systems and services
    • AAD (Azure Active Directory), EMS, Intune, IAAS, SAAS, AIP (Azure Information Protection), ATP (Azure Threat Protection), AADP (Azure Active Directory Premium)
    • Identity Management (ADFS, AADC, SSO, MFA)
  • Experience identifying and resolving barriers to align business priorities with IT operations (internal or external)
  • Deployment and/or management experience around other public Cloud providers
    • Google Cloud (G Suite, GCP (Google Cloud Platform)
    • AWS (Amazon Web Services)
    • SFDC (SalesForce.com)

Education  

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in science or engineering preferred 

Language Skills 

  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English
