Global Digital Marketing Manager, Paid Media

We are looking for a digital media expert who has experience managing acquisition programs across multiple channels including paid search, display, remarketing and syndication, and can speak to impact from Top of Funnel through to closed won business.  As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and optimizing paid online marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention and upsell across all geographies and market segments. You're a creative and self-motivated performance marketer who is eager to find new ways to reach our target audiences through paid media channels.  You are motivated by the challenge and love working cross functionally with a diverse team to find solutions and achieve results!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain paid marketing campaigns, including but not limited to paid social, paid search, display, and newsletter and influencer sponsorships
  • Manage remarketing and other targeted acquisition programs to capture and convert site visitors
  • Test new channels, creative, messaging, and audiences to scale our current efforts while improving CPA
  • Drive processes for A/B testing ad creative and landing pages to optimize for lead capture and opportunity development in multiple campaigns
  • Support strategy development and execution for ABM programs in coordination with field marketing and campaigns teams
  • Create and update monthly performance dashboards; analyze campaign performance and make optimizations accordingly to drive closed-won business results
  • Partner with our sales team to improve lead quality and ensure leads are processed per program SLAs
  • Work alongside content, campaigns, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful execution of marketing programs
  • Support digital marketing team in keeping website content up to date, publishing landing pages, blog posts, creating tracking URLs, etc. as needed

 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience and a track record of success in B2B digital marketing
  • High level of expertise in driving growth through paid marketing channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Remarketing,etc.); Google Ads certification preferred
  • Experience with digital ABM tactics
  • Familiar with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot, to create landing pages and forms, update content and create lead workflows
  • An analytical mindset with demonstrated proficiency in Excel, experience with complex data analysis and sharing data insights; familiarity with attribution practices for digital marketing programs preferred
  • Familiar with design best practices for UX and conversion optimization on ads and landing pages; basic knowledge of SEO principles for copywriting & design
  • High attention to detail and strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Experience managing vendors for creative production and ad campaign management
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, strong grammar and writing skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter who is committed to achievement and communicating results
  • Degree or studies in Marketing, Communications, Digital media or relevant field preferred
