Position Overview

BitSight is seeking a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager to help BitSight build its high growth International segment and scale efficiently. We are looking for someone who can own key company strategic initiatives in addition to helping build the operational foundation for a high growth sales organization. An ideal candidate must be an analytical, problem solver ready to take on new challenges.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify key drivers of revenue growth, pipeline trends and untapped market opportunities
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate cross functionally to drive strategic initiatives
  • Assist with sales planning, including quota design, targets, and territories for sales organization
  • Develop and refine KPI reporting and dashboards
  • Ask a key advisor for sales management to provide insight on trending and performance

Job Requirements

  • 3 + years experience in an analytical role such as a former Consultant, Analyst or Associate
  • A problem solver who adapts to new challenges
  • Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus but not necessary
