As Bitly’s Enterprise Product Manager, you will be responsible for conceptualizing the Bitly Enterprise roadmap based on customer feedback and company strategy, working with Design and Engineering to build key features, and working with Marketing and Sales to garner adoption. Triple threat!

We are seeking a talented and seasoned Product Manager who thrives in a Freemium SaaS landscape and understands how to prioritize audiences. The ideal candidate is comfortable building both net-new products and polishing often-used features, and will have a strong technical, analytical, and product background. Most importantly, the person we’re looking for will have a hunger to grow product revenue while delighting customers. Working with a dedicated team of marketers, engineers, and designers, you will develop, test and implement products across our Free and Paid user bases. This is a high-impact position at Bitly; we need someone highly comfortable with shouldering responsibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain an Enterprise roadmap that keeps Bitly as the leading Link Management Platform in all the land.
  • Use solid data analysis to prioritize feature creation and rationalize decision-making.
  • Build solid relationships to guide and maintain multiple agile teams that keep the product, design, and engineering machine humming.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate tests in product and across all Bitly digital properties to continually optimize.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to make sure that new and old products are adopted, used, and loved!
  • Get with Bitly customers to learn from them. Understand and embrace the notion of Customer LTV and high NPS!

MUST HAVES

  • BA/BS in Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA a plus.
  • Strong analytic skills with knowledge of strategic, economic, and financial analysis frameworks and models.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience in a growth role.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate testing but with the knowledge of how to make this testing practical, not just academic.
  • Strong product background. Strategy and analytics are nice but you need to be able to run a project cross-functionally and ship improvements. Nice decks won’t cut it.
  • Experience with driving customer growth with both highly transactional products as well as more considered purchases.
