As the Director of Product, Audience, you will be responsible for owning the roadmap and directing a full-stack team to establish how Bitly develops and monetizes products from its treasure trove of data. You will help extend Bitly’s suite of products to address Paid Marketing by taking on the Customer Journey and Personalization armed with a team of solid engineers, a data science team, and the backing of senior management.
With mobile and interest data on over 1 billion users each month, Bitly is primed to be a key player in how all types of marketers personalize their efforts. We just need the right person to help us unlock the possibilities
5+ years in and around Ad Tech, Advertising enablement, and Digital Marketing spaces from a B2B context.
Proven track record working autonomously and developing a POV on market forces and landscape.
Proven ability to ship product and keep after an adoption curve (no product sells itself).
