About the team

The Mobile Product team at BitGo is responsible for mobile strategy at BitGo. There are are two main applications that we’re developing at the moment. The first mobile app is hyper optimized to help institutions manage workflows, such as moving billions on-chain, at scale without compromising security. The second mobile app is focused on making crypto accessible to everyone and broadly applicable in day to day life. This requires unwavering focus on the end to end experience (from onboarding to first on-chain activity) and understanding of crypto’s edge over other mediums (e.g. payments). As Product Manager, Mobile, you will lead a team of engineers and designers to launch our mobile apps, grow usage, and make something users can’t stop raving about. 

What you’ll do

  • Own and define the end-to-end mobile strategy, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences.
  • Optimize approval workflows for institutions, making transactions fast, intuitive, and hyper-secure.
  • Develop retail-first mobile experiences, making buying, selling, staking, lending, and on-chain interactions frictionless.
  • Lead the launch of the self-custody wallet, focusing on security and ease of use.
  • Work closely with engineering, security, and compliance teams to balance usability with institutional-grade security.
  • Analyze mobile engagement metrics to drive user retention and feature adoption.
  • Partner with Marketing and Growth teams to expand mobile usage and onboard new users.
  • Stay ahead of mobile crypto trends, continuously iterating on the mobile experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define, prioritize, and launch high-impact mobile features that enhance user engagement and security.
  • Partner with engineering, design, security, and compliance teams to ship best-in-class mobile experiences.
  • Ensure feature parity across iOS and Android, optimizing for global adoption.
  • Drive mobile onboarding optimizations, improving activation rates for both institutional and retail users.
  • Establish key mobile performance metrics, ensuring BitGo’s apps set the industry standard for usability and security.
  • Act as the voice of the user, ensuring product decisions are aligned with institutional and retail needs.

Who you are

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, or mobile-first applications.
  • Deep experience in mobile UX/UI, with a strong understanding of secure and frictionless design.
  • Knowledge of crypto wallets, custody, staking, and blockchain transactions is a major plus.
  • Experience working with mobile security teams, ensuring compliance and top-tier protection.
  • Strong analytical mindset—comfortable making data-driven decisions.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, aligning engineering, design, and compliance teams.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-moving, high-growth environment while keeping security at the forefront.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $130,000 - $180,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.
