Why Join BitGo?

Growth doesn’t happen overnight. It’s not luck or magic—it’s the result of relentless focus, iteration, and experimentation. We don’t expect miracles, but we do expect excellence, persistence, and a dedication to progress.

BitGo has a history of firsts—we built the first multi-sig wallet, the first wallet API, and the first Bitcoin bridge. Now, we aim to be the first to scale an institutional crypto platform to the level where secure, seamless digital asset infrastructure is the foundation for the next wave of global finance. Just as roads and railways enabled commerce in the physical world, we’re building the infrastructure for the future of money.

This is an opportunity to define growth strategies in an industry still taking shape. If you thrive in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment and want to work on some of the most complex and high-impact challenges in crypto growth, we’d love to have you on board.

Here are some of the benefits of working at BitGo:

  • Competitive base salary, bonus and stock options

  • Paid parental leave, paid vacation
  • Free custom lunches, dinners and snacks
  • Computer equipment and workplace furniture to suit your needs
  • Great colleagues and inspiring startup environment
  • Benefits may vary based on location

If you're passionate about scaling secure, compliant, and user-friendly wallet infrastructure, we'd love to talk.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $200,000 - $235,000 USD base salary. Equity, an annual performance bonus and the benefits outlined below are also a part of this role's package.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
