  • Expand enterprise and retail use cases, ensuring a seamless user experience while maintaining enterprise-grade security.
  • Optimize for scale, designing wallet solutions that grow with increasing transaction volumes and new asset types.
  • Navigate regulatory complexity, building multi-jurisdictional compliant wallet solutions that serve a global audience.
  • Drive product innovation, integrating the latest cryptographic advancements, Web3 protocols, and account abstraction models.
  • Shape BitGo’s market position, ensuring we remain the leading custodian and wallet provider in the industry.

Who Would Be a Great Fit

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech, blockchain, or security-focused software.
  • Deep expertise in cryptography, specifically MPC, and a strong understanding of wallet security models.
  • Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1, scaling them to mass adoption.
  • Experience leading growth initiatives, balancing security, usability, and scalability.
  • Strong strategic mindset—able to define long-term vision while executing quickly on immediate opportunities.
  • Passion for Web3, DeFi, and digital assets, with a deep understanding of wallet infrastructure and custody solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, able to drive alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
