We're seeking an experienced Technical Sourcer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top technical talent across various disciplines including software engineering, data science, DevOps, and other technical roles.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build robust talent pipelines for technical positions
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and professional networks to identify passive candidates
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and recruiting data to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create targeted sourcing plans
  • Maintain an organized database of potential candidates and recruitment activities
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial technical qualification calls
  • Create compelling outreach messages that resonate with technical candidates
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
  • Stay current with industry trends, technical skills, and recruitment best practices

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of technical sourcing or technical recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and placing technical candidates
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and technologies
  • Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and sourcing tools
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting CRM platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending upon your leveling and location, the compensation for this role averages between $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
