We are seeking a G&A Recruiter on our Talent Acquisition team to support our growth efforts in 2025. The positions that. This will a contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Source and attract top talent for administrative, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success positions through proactive networking and targeted recruiting strategies
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for non-technical roles
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline through various sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and referral programs
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and potential for success within the organization
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies
- Manage candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance, ensuring a positive and professional interaction
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and professional networking events when necessary
Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on top of funnel sourcing efforts
- Experience supporting a recruiting team and hiring managers
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse), Google Calendar
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Understanding and experience working in the financial industry Understanding and strong interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchain industry
