Information Security Manager / IT Compliance Manager - BitGo

For our continued growth, we are looking for an Information Security Officer with BCM experience to strengthen our team in BitGo Europe.
Responsibilities:
- Active participation in the establishment and further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in accordance with ISO 27001, BSI 200 series, DORA, BAIT, and MaRisk.
- Support in the identification, assessment, and treatment of security risks.
- Development, updating, and management of security policies and procedures.
- Further development of the information domain
- Development and implementation of BCM strategies and plans.
- Conducting Business Impact Analysis (BIA).
- Advising the IT department on IT compliance
- Support in the governance of Outsourcing management in accordance with DORA
- Close collaboration with various departments such as IT, Operations, Risk and Compliance.
Skills & Experience:
- Completed studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT Security, or a comparable qualification.
- Ideally, 7 years of professional experience in the field of information security, BCM or IT-Compliance.
- experienced knowledge in information security and risk management (e.g., ISO 27001, BAIT, MaRisk).
- Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to work.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in both German and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High willingness to learn and the ability to work independently and proactively.
