Position Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Manager who will lead full quality management (strategy and ongoing actions) both internally and with external suppliers.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Support & lead the supplier quality audits in order to fulfil company requirements.
  • Review and implement quality improvement programs to ensure "zero defect" mentality and establish and maintain the company’s Quality Management System.
  • Manage all internal and external quality issues to ensure "zero defects" during production as a goal.
  • Work closely with company internal colleagues, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure quality is being maintained throughout; ensure customer satisfaction on product quality.
  • Provide Advance Quality Engineering support to project teams for all new products in accordance to the companies New Product Introduction (NPI) system.
  • Participate and/or provide full quality support in NPI program.
  • Manage IPQC System for off line in-process (cosmetic & functional verification).
  • Manage FQA FQC (Finish Product at the end of each production line Audit).
  • Manage OBA finished good audit including full packaging.
  • Establish and direct statistical control for critical processes to ensure product conformity where necessary.
  • Lead problem solving teams for breakdown analysis and proposed rectify solutions.
  • Manage and lead customer complaint system until corrective and preventive actions have been completed.
  • To establish CPK and SPC control systems to monitor the quality assurance for all levels of manufacturing process according to quality gates which includes
    1. Act as the company’s quality lead and execute its responsibilities and authorities.
    2. Provide training of Quality Manual, SOP to staffs and others.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant Engineering and Quality field with 5-6 years of experience.
  • Have in-depth knowledge in Quality tools including root cause analysis, PFEMA, SPC, Cpk, TQM concepts etc.
  • Knowledge of international standards not limited to UL, FCC, CE & CB etc.
  • QMS ISO9001, ISO14001, ESD S20.20. GMP, RBA (social compliance) etc.
  • Must have strong management and leadership skills.
  • Language written / spoken English and Chinese Mandarin.
