Bitcoin Depot is seeking a VP of Sales who will be responsible  for building and leading a robust, agile, and motivated sales team. This position requires outstanding problem-solving, analytical, solution development and communication skills; and experience defining, creating and winning  deals.The VP of Sales will work cross-functionally across the organization and closely with the Executive team. The role is primarily about leading others, setting a sales strategy, and working to drive innovation and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage forecasting process and be the single point of contact for status updates and reporting on forecasts and revenue plan to actual.
  • Improve processes and increase efficiencies for the sales organization as well as for the sales operations group.
  • Attract and develop top sales talent.
  • Drive day-to-day activities of sales.
  • Run weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to executive leadership on key metrics, providing sound analysis with recommended next steps to improve sales conversion.
  • Hit or exceed sales targets and accurately forecast business
  • Collaborating closely with the Executive Team to set a strategic direction for the near, medium, and long term strategic direction of the business.
  • Co-design and execute against monthly incentive plans.
  • Diagnose drivers of underperformance relative to the sales plan for a newly launched product initiative. Synthesize findings and make recommendations to senior product and business leaders.
  • Support business development efforts by attending industry conferences and events.
  • Run effective meetings and help create a culture of accountability.
  • Develop strategies that leverage business partners to drive scale and indirect distribution

Qualifications

  • 10+ year of c-store sales experience is required 
  • Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals
  • College Degree in Business, Marketing, etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Bitcoin and blockchain
  • Salesforce experience preferred 
  • Strong track record of recruiting, developing and retaining a high performing sales organization
  • Must be able to work in large comfortably and ill-defined data sets, identifying trends, and underlying drivers.
  • Superior written/verbal communication skills with the ability to construct materials/tools that explain complex issues for executive audiences.
  • Must be able to manage multiple, longer-duration projects at once
