The Lending Team is responsible for creating credit products and managing strategic client relationships that support the Binance.US business objectives - (1) accelerate growth of Binance.US users; (2) increase Binance.US product and service offerings; (3) enable overall Binance.US platform and ecosystem growth; (4) enhance Binance.US financial profile. We are looking to add talented, driven, and mission-oriented individuals to help accelerate the adoption of cryptocurrency and increase the freedom of money. 
 
The Card Product team members will be responsible for ​​managing and developing all aspects of the Binance.US card program. This role is a unique opportunity for a payments & card native to come join the crypto/web3 world. The position requires a senior, highly self-motivated, commercially pragmatic, business developer with strong influencing and negotiating skills to partner with internal and external stakeholders in the US. The ideal candidate will have worked in various parts of the card industry - from building a best-in-class card product with key features and relevant loyalty and rewards to delivering the product in the hands of customers. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain all aspects of developing and executing card products - from product go-to-market, rewards program operations, design improvements, vendor management, and product delivery
  • Project manage end-to-end process of creating, developing and operating this product in partnership with relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Source, structure and negotiate deals with existing and new partners in pursuit of product and business objectives
  • Develop and execute post-product go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with leadership team in Fiat, Lending & Product
  • Report on performance metrics

 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6-10+ years experience in creating, building and launching card products either at a bank, scheme network or fintech 
  • You have several years of experience designing relevant loyalty programs associated with cards
  • You can thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
  • You are a detail oriented and structured thinker who finds ways to unblock challenging problems
  • You have great commercial and product instincts  
  • You are an effective judge of risk
  • You have proven quantitative skills and a data-driven approach to decision making
  • You are an effective communicator 
  • You have strong bias for action and a sense of urgency to get things done
  • You thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Crypto & tradfi experience is a plus

The starting base pay for this role is between $165,000 and $200,000 USD for all U.S. remote locations. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skillsets, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
