What is Bilt?
Bilt Rewards is the first-ever rewards program that allows renters to earn points on rent and builds a path towards homeownership. With an alliance of the nation’s largest real estate owners, Bilt Rewards will enable renters in more than two million units across the country to earn points just by paying rent.
Launched in June 2021, Bilt Rewards boasts one of the highest value rewards programs on the market today, including one-to-one point transfers for travel across over 100 major airlines and hotel partners; fitness classes at the country’s top boutique studios; limited-edition and exclusive collections of art and home decor through the Bilt Collection, and the ability to use points for rent credits or towards a future downpayment.
Bilt has also partnered with Mastercard to create the Bilt Mastercard - the first and only credit card that can be used to pay rent with no fees. In September 2021, Bilt announced a $60 million growth round valuing the company at $350 million.
What’s the role?
As the Member Services Coordinator at Bilt, you will be joining as an integral part of a growing team that is transforming the future of renting. You’ll help our partners understand the power of the Bilt Rewards Alliance. You will work as the implementation and set up expert alongside our sales team and account managers responsible for increased conversion of renters to Bilt Rewards across the Alliance properties across the country.
In this role you will:
Support the broader Growth team in ensuring partners' needs are met up to their standards.
Triage partner issues and ensure they are resolved in an appropriate timeline. Often working with cross-functional teams such as accounting, customer experience, product engineering.
Create account plans for every partner alongside Key Account Managers and help pull data for Quarterly Business Reviews.
Efficiently manage your time between an overflowing inbox, many phone calls, and meetings throughout the day.
Understand the nuances within our partner ecosystem and appropriately articulate how Bilt Rewards can provide a beneficial experience for residents.
Ability to succeed in a fast and transactional work environment, while keeping note of strategies that can help build our business verticals
