As the Senior Manager of Finance & Accounting at Bilt, you will be joining as an early leader on a growing team that is transforming the future of renting. You will have the opportunity to work across divisions including Bilt’s loyalty and banking groups. This is a key role within the organization and for the right individual, this role has potential for significant career advancement and the ability to play a key part in internal finance, strategic finance, and corporate development.
In this role you will:
Support organization financial objectives by analyzing and reporting on financial performance
Oversee audit and tax functions, Planning, organizing and coordinating the year-end close process with external auditors
Manage Bilt’s credit facility and liquidity
Ensure successful completion of the company’s tax filings
Assist in preparation forecasts and comprehensive budgets
Assess, manage, and minimize risk
Analyze complex financial data
Manage internal controls
In terms of qualifications, we’re seeking:
5+ years of experience in Accounting
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
