Billie is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team! In this role, you’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our analytics infrastructure helping the organization at large unlock the value of our data across the organization. 

Your primary areas of focus will be ensuring our data is accurate, reliable, and actionable. As an analyst, you’ll also partner closely with our (awesome) stakeholders including Marketing, Finance, & Operations to help inform our various strategies.  

What you'll do:

  • Partner with our various business units to solve problems and inform decisions 
  • Leverage a variety of analytical tools to answer various questions
  • Conduct strategic analyses to identify business opportunities to add value for the business
  • Help track down bugs and identify areas for improvement within various data models developed and owned by our Analytics Engineering team
  • Lead design and analysis of marketing experiments
  • Proactively seek out and investigate new technologies to advance Billie’s analytics practice

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years working in data and analytics
  • 2+ years of experience with applied statistics or experimentation in an industry setting
  • BS in Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent quantitative field is a plus
  • Proficient in SQL (familiarity with dbt a plus!)
  • Experience with R or Python for data analysis
  • Experience with one or more Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Looker, Mode, etc.)
  • Enthusiasm for conducting reproducible analysis; we believe in code review, version control, and solid documentation
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Eagerness to build a best-in-class data practice
  • A proactive and collaborative approach; you love working with people and people love working with you
