Billie is looking for a Fullstack Engineer to join its growing tech team! As an engineer on the team, you’ll help build great experiences for our customers and solve interesting problems all over the stack.
You’ll be immersed in opportunities to collaborate daily with motivated and passionate teammates who really care. What You'll Do:
Develop on our modern stack using: NodeJS, React, NextJS, Typescript, Styled Components and ES6; you build it, you own it!
Build applications and infrastructure in the cloud to ensure the stability and health of the system to keep our loyal customers happy and coming back
Collaborate with other developers; conduct code review and give peer-to-peer feedback
Work closely with our product and design teams to conceive innovative solutions to customer and business problems
Apply a data-driven methodology and your design instincts to ensure a frictionless e-commerce experience
Develop shareable and accessible components in our design system to create a common language between design and development
Help shape the direction of our technology to address the evolving needs of the team and the business
Who you are:
3+ years of full stack development experience
Production development experience with ReactJS and NodeJS
Experience with test-driven development/unit testing and other testing methodologies
Prior experience in e-commerce (D2C experience preferred)
System design/architecture knowledge (preferred)
Ability to speak to the intersection of design and technology
Prior experience working with infrastructure/DevOps (preferred)
Experience with AB testing (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—manage up and side-to-side!
