We are looking for a diligent Data Analyst to join Billie’s Analytics team and contribute to the development and enhancement of Billie’s analytical capabilities.

- Create, maintain and update dashboards and reports using BI tools to communicate insights effectively
- Enhance data processes, identify gaps, and streamline data collection
- Collect, consolidate, and closely track KPI metrics regarding Billie’s portfolio
- Use statistics and ML concepts in developing actionable business solutions
- Perform comprehensive data analysis and EDA to support Risk and Fraud systems optimization
- Communicate and present recommendations and key insights to stakeholders and executives to drive business decisions and create an impact
- Communicate issues in an independent and timely manner with appropriate internal and external partners
Who we are looking for
- You have 5+ years of proven experience in data analytics, data engineering or quantitative analytics
- Proficiency in writing structured and efficient SQL queries for large data sets
- Proficiency in advanced data and analytics and statistical concepts, tools, and methodologies
- Have prior experience building intuitive data visualizations and dashboards that influence business decisions, utilizing tools like Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar
- Proven track record of managing complex initiatives with strong emphasis on data, providing actionable insights and tracking success of those initiatives
- Able to communicate complex problems in a simple and relevant manner at all levels
- Experience with translating analytical insights into data driven business prioritization
- You have strong business acumen coupled with highly analytical mindset
- You had the chance to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong sense of responsibility, self-starter, well organized, good planner, able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Experience with Python, R and other advanced analytical tools

About the Role

About the role:
Our digital workplace team is looking for an IT Support Engineer that will be based in our Berlin Headquarters. You are customer oriented and tech savvy? Then this might be the right fit. You will be responsible for providing first point of contact IT support to Billie’s employees. We are working with agile methodologies and we operate in weekly sprints.
We are looking for someone that have great people skills, work very well in a team and are passionate about technology. We are also process oriented, big time fans of documentation, collaboration, transparency and synergy.
You will also be taking care of user onboarding and offboarding, monitor our tier 1 and tier 2 ticket queues, communicate with our external vendors, manage our IT inventory and work on IT projects.
Who we are looking for:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in IT Support Engineering or similar role
- You have a proactive hands on approach to getting problems solved.
- You are curious to learn new technologies and products.
- You have great people’s skill and are able to communicate with our end users in tech layman terms.
- You have medium to advanced hands on experience in collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence).
- You have medium to advanced hand-on experience with Jamf, Okta, Atlassian.
- You are familiar with Macbooks and MacOS.
- You have very good triage and problem solving skills.

We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Billie's Payments domain. We are cracking the B2B finance world and our segment covers the core of the business dealing with funds movement - initiation, settlement, transactions identification, reconciliation and reporting. We thrive in our fast-paced atmosphere, prioritizing quality and trusting our empowered engineering teams.
In this role:
- You will design, create, test, deploy, maintain and improve existing software.
- You will be in charge of improving/changing the present status quo, whether through smart refactoring or the addition of new software.
- You will mentor and teach team members, exchange knowledge with other teams, and do thorough code reviews.
- You will develop CI/CD tools and practices.
- You are self-organized, self-driven, and willing to take ownership of initiatives from start to finish while assisting teams in moving forward.
Who we are looking for:
- You have strong PHP software development experience in large-scale, highly-available and reliable production systems.
- You are knowledgeable in Symfony or other relevant, similar frameworks
- You have strong engineering practical experience (9+ years) inclined to offer architectural advice while ensuring security and scalability.
- You have a proven record of moving from other stacks (preferably JVM)
- You have experience in working with Microservices and Cloud-based development environments (event-driven architecture, CQRS)

We seek an experienced, English-speaking Senior Content Marketing Manager & Copywriter Copywriter to join our commercial unit as part of the Billie Marketing team. In your role, you will be a crucial partner to our Acquisition, Partner, and Product teams. In this position, you will play a central role in shaping the way our audience receives Billie and its products and how we communicate with them. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and managing a wide variety of compelling and engaging copy and content for different channels and formats, from social, web and product copy to print, long copy, and display advertising. We seek a creative mind with solid writing and content marketing skills and a profound understanding of the B2B e-commerce market, the payments, and the tech landscape.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders from Sales, Product and other teams to execute our content strategy by creating and managing compelling content and copy that engages with our audience while aligning with our brand, content, and SEO guidelines.
- Support our Sales and Acquisition teams with creative copies tailored to our audience to make their campaigns a success. This includes different formats across all our owned, earned, and paid channels, including our website, social media, landing pages, blog, ads, emails, etc.
- Write highly curated and differentiated content, such as white papers or other long-copy formats, that is well-researched and educates our audience about the business problems and solutions space we are operating in. Position Billie as a thought leader and pioneer within B2B payments and e-commerce.
- Participate in updating our tone of voice guidelines and content style guide and handle content localization for marketing and product-managing freelance translators.
- Handle and manage all our content marketing via our website, content gating, email flows and other distribution channels.
- Own, maintain and grow our social media presence.
Who we are looking for:
- You have 5+ years of experience creating content and copy as part of marketing teams, ideally operating in the B2B space with a focus on enterprise customers or a related discipline.
- You have a significant background writing for fintechs or the financial industry and a good understanding of Growth and Marketing.
- You hold a translation, creative writing, journalism, or literature degree or have corresponding professional experience.
- You are a native speaker of English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), a strong grasp of spelling and grammar, and a very strong attention to detail.
- You are able to write in a variety of styles and have an ear for modern, conversational, and inclusive language.
- You have a proven track record and portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality content for marketing, sales and product teams that customers like.
