Who we seek:

We’re looking for an intern for our Global Business Operations team, reporting to the Sr. Manager of Proposals and Manager of GTM Enablement. As a Proposals/GTM Enablement team intern, you’ll be responsible for helping to build out our Proposals function and help enable insights and optimization. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about Proposals/RFPs, operations, and data with a positive attitude.

As a GTM Enablement Intern, you will be responsible for supporting your direct team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is tech-savvy and is able to adjust to a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running. Our GTM Enablement team is fully remote and manages a variety of initiatives to support the effectiveness and success of the GTM field organization, including onboarding, continuous learning and enablement of sales skills, tools, industry, and product knowledge. 

What you’ll do (Proposals):

  • Join the Proposals/RFP team at BigID under the most innovative Operations function in the industry.
  • Learn the ins and out of a world class Business Operations team.
  • Get hands-on experience with best-in-class Proposals/RFP  technology.
  • Build upon our Proposals team data foundation and understand how this enables our GTM strategy and RFP win rate
  • Help to deliver more Proposals insights through data analysis

What you’ll do (GTM Enablement):

  • Assist in a variety of projects, including supporting the maintenance of our LMS (Learning Management System)
  • Program and training scheduling across GTM teams
  • Administrative and organizational tasks
  • Process enhancements and other ad hoc requests as appropriate

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong interpersonal skills driving execution with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of GTM strategy and Proposals/RFP processes
  • Strong aptitude to learn all things operations
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to handle multiple, fast-moving creative projects and have the flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with team members across different departments
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with common business applications such as Google Suite, Zoom, Gong, Salesforce;
  • Ability to present comfortably on video conference calls
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
