The Delivery Manager is the heart of a project team, keeping the focus and momentum going while enabling a team of skilled people to deliver value. You facilitate, advocate, unblock, partner with and drive high quality delivery of work.

Who are you?

**It is absolutely essential that you have agency experience, and can start within 4 weeks of offer**

You are results driven, with an understanding of client commercials. You will have experience working within an agency environment and will be able to harmonise multi disciplinary teams with aplomb, using different leadership styles as appropriate. We are looking for big personalities who can win over the hearts and minds of peers and clients alike. If you are able to light up a room when you enter, have enough hustle to keep clients happy and can delivery results in a fast paced environment, this is for for you!

Project/Product Delivery

  • Manage projects from kick-off to delivery ensuring top quality outputs, on time and in budget
  • Financial tracking, team tracking and internal reporting
  • Workshop planning and facilitation for key activities
  • Risk and impediment management and mitigation planning
  • Track dependencies and communicate to external and internal stakeholders
  • Strive for constructive outcomes and action orientated goals in discussions and planning sessions

Stakeholder Management

  • Weekly status with stakeholders and client partner to review financials, risks, dependencies etc
  • Facilitate kick-offs, demos and wrap-ups with relevant stakeholders
  • Encourage and lead open communication with stakeholders throughout project on agreed channels
  • Participate in growth planning with client partners and stakeholders

Team Management

  • Day-to-day project team management and priority setting
  • Resource management of project team based on needs and dynamics
  • Encourage and motivate for a high-performing team  
  • Lead high-velocity high-quality decision making


  • Support client partners with new briefs and new business opportunities
  • Work with team leads to align on proposal response including approach, deliverables, ways of working, costs and timing
  • Design teams based on brief needs and talent with our internal team designer
  • Create final scope of work based on proposal
  • Manage scope change

Team Dynamics

  • Encourage bonding and build trust in project team with team building activities
  • Facilitate regular project reflections and lead the follow-up actions
  • Inspire the team through a coaching culture
  • Manage change of project needs within the team
  • Keep high team morale under difficult or challenging situations

Agile/Lean Practices

  • Advocate for agile and lean ways of working both internally and externally
  • Establish best tools, practices and ways to work agile within project teams
  • Educate clients on benefits of working this way
  • Understand when to challenge assumptions and adapt how you are working based on team dynamics and project needs
