Beyond New York is looking for an experienced Sr. Client Manager to join our team. The Sr. Client Manager owns the client relationship and is responsible for long-term planning and strategic consulting, as well as business development. They set the direction and create conditions for the product team to be successful.

Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in business development, preparing proposals and participating in sales presentations
  • Determine how best to achieve client’s goals through strategic programs
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • A good understanding of all digital marketing disciplines
  • Understanding of the process for developing web properties
  • Act as a point of contact for multiple client relationships
  • Be a leader who 'connects the dots' around business and consumer insights, and articulates digital concepts and solutions in a clear and compelling way to clients
  • Identify ways in which Beyond can support the client in the achievement of its business and communications goals
  • Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to sell to a client an idea or solution
  • Strong commercial understanding, spanning client development, contract negotiation, project pricing, etc.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the following software and applications: Google Apps Suite, MS Office, Keynote
  • Lead client interactions and develop a strong relationship with the client
  • Help the team define underlying rationale for creative approaches as well as contribute to design and tech decisions
  • Seek to leverage change in uncovering new opportunity spaces and communicate with impact
  • Inspire fresh thinking among all the team members using insights into the brand, its relationship with consumer and their communities

Skills and Experience:

  • 4-7 Years experience of working within a digital, product or creative agency
  • An expert storyteller with superior presentation skills
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • A good understanding of all digital marketing disciplines
  • Able to understand and translate complex business challenges and consumer insight into smart digital solutions
  • A deep understanding, thoughts, interest, and opinions on digital marketing
  • A real passion for business; especially how digital technologies are impacting marketing
  • A track record in managing integrated digital campaigns or digital creative deliverables
  • A proven track record growing clients through direct client interaction
  • An insatiable curiosity and eagerness to learn (and listen)
