Come build BetterUp with us! We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst of Demand Generation to join our Revenue Operations & Strategy team. In this role, you’ll collaborate across our Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Sales Development, and Data Analytics teams - assisting our go-to-market leaders in making better, faster, data-informed decisions. You will be responsible for defining key performance indicators, collecting and analyzing demand generation data, developing dashboards and reports on the velocity and quality of our pipeline, and cascading insights about how we can accelerate and elevate our demand generation efforts.

What you’ll do:

  • Produce, automate and maintain demand and pipeline reporting (primarily in Salesforce and Looker)
  • Track and analyze demand and pipeline trends, assessing quality and outcomes, and identifying/implementing optimizations based on your insight
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Sales Development and Data Analytics teams to ensure alignment and consistency of data, views and metrics
  • Lead deep dive analysis that provide detailed, actionable recommendations on how to optimize marketing efforts and improve integrity of qualified pipeline
  • Proactively share insights with key cross-functional stakeholders and leaders about risk and opportunities across our demand generation functions

If you have some or all of the following, please apply:

  • 4+ years of experience with B2B SaaS Marketing Analytics and/or Demand Generation analytics and management
  • Subject matter expertise in Account Based Marketing metrics and methodologies
  • Deep understanding of key pipeline metrics and demand generation processes
  • Experience working in Salesforce and Looker (or similar reporting tools)
  • Ability to translate complex results into strategic recommendation
  • Strong data storytelling skills and ability to distill complex datasets into clear narratives and recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple analytical projects at a time, in an agile and results-oriented environment
  • A self-starter that can jump right in and quickly add value
  • A natural ability to think like an owner
  • A strong desire to be a builder of something new

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.

The base salary range for this role is $98,950 – $169,600

If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is: 

$113,050 – $169,600: New York City

$105,450 – $158,150: Nassau, Newburgh

$98,950 – $148,450: Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
