Job Title: Recruiting Manager

Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and skillset.

 

Position Overview:

We are a rapidly growing Debt Settlement company looking for an experienced and results-oriented Recruiting Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement strategies to attract top talent, build a robust pipeline, and support the expansion of our workforce. As a key leader in our team, you will drive recruitment initiatives that align with our mission to help clients achieve financial freedom while fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence. Key Responsibilities:

The Recruiting Manager must be able to perform the following tasks:

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent across all levels of the organization.
  • Manage and lead the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand staffing needs and create role-specific hiring plans.
  • Create and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future organizational needs.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other tools to manage and streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies related to recruiting and hiring.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and optimize hiring processes.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives to promote the company as a top workplace.
  • Partner with HR and other departments to align recruitment efforts with broader organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market conditions, and innovative recruiting practices.

Required Qualifications:

The Recruiting Manager must have the following experiences:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Must have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate/internal recruiting position
  • Must have at least 2 years (preferably more) of managing recruiting teams and recruiting operations
  • Experience in the Debt Settlement industry preferred! 
  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Manager or in a similar leadership role within recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition strategies, recruiting tools, and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for identifying and attracting top talent.
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and organizational leaders.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and strategies for enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
