This role is an in office position for candidates within a commutable distance of our Irvine location. This role is Exempt Salary starting at $120,000.00 plus UNCAPPED commissions. This role is open to candidates who do not require visa sponsorship.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of call center sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates, call quality, and revenue generation, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Provide training and ongoing development opportunities for sales team members to improve their product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Ensure that all calls meet quality standards and compliance requirements. Provide feedback and coaching to improve call quality.
  •  Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and incentives to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and trends to senior management.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and resolution of their inquiries or concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the call center and implement best practices to optimize efficiency and productivity.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 5 years of debt settlement experience.
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer service principles, and call center operations.
  •  Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  •  Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  •  Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
