Job Title: Corporate Trainer
Location: This position is onsite in Irvine, CA.
Employment Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $100,000.00-$115,000.00 per year based on experience, qualifications, and skillset.

As a Corporate Trainer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the success of our new sales associates. Guiding them through comprehensive onboarding, you'll collaborate closely with sales leadership to ensure seamless training continuity. Your dedication to providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support will empower our associates not only during the onboarding process but also as they progress in their careers. Key Responsibilities:
The Corporate Trainer must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Create and continually enhance training materials for sales onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Lead engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires and existing staff using various instructional methods.
- Measure the success of training initiatives through rigorous assessments, feedback collection, and performance metrics. Implement data-driven improvements to ensure training programs meet and exceed desired outcomes.
- Regularly update training content based on the latest industry trends and best practices.
- Keep precise records of all training activities, tracking participant progress and outcomes. Prepare and present insightful reports on training effectiveness to the COO and key stakeholders.
- Partner with team leaders, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure that all training content is relevant and strategically aligned with the company’s sales objectives.
- Offer ongoing guidance and constructive feedback to trainees, helping them reach their full potential and achieve their performance goals.
Required Qualifications:
The Corporate Trainer must have the following experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field or related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a call center or sales environment.
- Must have sales experience closing deals and sales lead experience managing teams.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs related to sales techniques, customer service, and product knowledge.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing training schedules, materials, and records.
- Proficiency in using training software and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to assess training needs and measure program effectiveness using various evaluation methods.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with different teams and levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant certifications in training and development are a plus.
