Better is looking for a Life Insurance Agent (we call them Insurance Experts) to join our internal insurance agency, Better Cover. You are going to be instrumental in the development of a profitable, national, multi-line insurance entity that we’re building to help get borrowers home.
We are seeking successful salespeople that know how and LOVE to serve clients and WIN business.

The ideal candidate checklist:
- Experienced personal lines insurance professional and highly organized communicator who consistently delivers for customers
- Track record of beating quota and winning sales awards, with references that verify motivation, success and solid work ethic. Bonus points for thriving in a phone-based environment.
- Ability to follow a sales process and proactively optimize your pipeline because you love to compete, not because you’re being micromanaged
- History of treating your job like you own the company
- History of having higher standards for yourself than we could ever dare suggest
- Bring a “NO EXCUSE” attitude that doesn’t need to be coddled
- Have the ability and drive to understand how the insurance industry REALLY works and the passion to become a true sales expert, fully capable and willing to do what it takes to master our industry so you can discuss the needs of our valued clients and prospects

Other items about you
- An active life insurance agent or broker license; property & casualty licenses are a plus
- World class verbal and written communication skills and enthusiasm for sales
- Eagerness to achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Some knowledge of personal lines insurance underwriting
