You're Good At

  • You have at least 5 years of experience working for the I-Gaming industry in Colombia, in leadership roles. 
  • Ability to think and communicate strategic concepts, together with ensuring follow through and flawless execution.  
  • Ability to manage large marketing budgets with an understanding of channel mix, above the line media, social media and digital. 
  • You have experience and have worked with i-gaming, with a strong understanding of related site and business metrics (traffic analysis, bounce rates, onboarding flows, customer registrations, player value, cost per acquisition, marketing return on investment) 
  • You know how to lead a team and implement processes which allow the team to give their best and stay motivated. 
  • You know how to collaborate with multiple teams across the world and communicate effectively to get the support required.  
  • You are fluent in Spanish & English (verbal and written) 

 A Flavour Of What You'll Be Doing 

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Accountable for revenue targets for the Colombian market. 
  • Owner of the local marketing budget with the support of a marketing manager reporting to you.  
  • Leading, recruiting and managing a team responsible for the planning and execution of customer acquisition and monetisation. You are required to set clear structures and processes for how your team needs to operate with clear guidelines on what to prioritise.   
  • Drive the Betsson brand in Colombia through mass media, digital marketing and sponsorship management. 
  • Drive the localisation of the Betsson product and site experience in Colombia, including key local site journeys across customer onboarding, gaming and compliance. 
  • Collaborating with regional and global teams responsible for supporting growth in Colombia. 
  • Reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis on the performance of the business. 
  • Listening to customers and understanding key pain points to escalate with relevant departments. 
  • Making long term business plans for the development of the online business, making it profitable and successful 
  • Defining and understanding customer needs, acting as the key stakeholder for product localisation.  
  • Controlling service quality across the team.
  • Controlling all administrative procedures and payment processes.  
  • Ensure compliance with local legislation.
