We are offering a fun, unique and rewarding position as part of Betsson Group global Centre of Excellence team.

This is a newly created position that will play an instrumental role in developing and leading the execution of our Employer Branding strategy within the Betsson group to maximise the company's image as an Employer of Choice in a competitive global talent market.

As TA Branding Specialist , you will be reporting to the Head of TA  In this role, your main responsibility is to produce optimised and engaging employer branding content. You will also have a vital role in the creation of internal and external employer branding content globally.

The TA Branding Specialist is responsible for planning and execution of Betsson Group Employer Branding campaigns, ensuring that the company is accurately and attractively represented across all touch points. This is done by creating enticing employer branding activities where the purpose is to engage, attract and retain these audiences.

To be successful, we believe that the TA Branding Specialist is on top of latest marketing trends and technologies, such as programmatic, SEO Content Marketing, display advisement / native advertising, Targeted Media (both paid and organic) and more.

The TA Branding Specialist will work with partners across Betsson Group to tell the story of what it’s like to work for Betsson Group by creating attractive employee campaigns in respective markets.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for all parts of employer branding lifecycle as they relate to driving awareness, interest, and consideration of Betsson Group as a future employer. also includes packaging the Betsson Group EVP, Brand guidelines and Tone of Voice.

Who are you?

We believe that the right candidate for this role is a highly ambitious, creative, outgoing and positive person with a real “can do”- attitude. You have good knowledge of digital marketing and communications in general.

It would be ideal if you have a multidisciplinary video editing & production skill set, but most importantly the passion for continuously developing your skill-set and conceptual understanding of employer branding and storytelling is key.

You have experience from working with either employer branding marketing from in-house or production agency perspective. You also understand the production processes behind optimised, engaging and commercially relevant and engaging employer branding content. You are a strong communicator able to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Employer Branding Strategies: Craft and execute innovative employer branding initiatives that attract and retain top talent.
  • Content Creation: Produce engaging content for various platforms, including social media, our careers website, and other digital channels.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our employer brand presence on social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and compelling message.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with HR, marketing, and other departments to align branding efforts with business objectives.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our employer brand ahead of the curve.
  • Event Management: Plan and execute employer branding events, such as job fairs, open houses, and other talent acquisition events.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze the effectiveness of branding initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

Requirements

  • Brand marketing experience required including social media platforms.
  • Experience in hands-on content creation and management!
  • Excellent understanding of social media and analytics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to write compelling copy.
  • Experience with video storytelling!
  • Experience in producing a diverse range of materials such as videos, white papers, newsletters, presentations, educational materials, tutorials, scripts, blogs, and wikis.
  • Graphic design experience
  • Strong communication and marketing skills and deep overall business acumen
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong English language skills; written and verbal.

  • Proactive rather than reactive with the ability to put structure around ambiguously defined thoughts/situations.
