You will take part in the continuous evolution of our sportsbook ensuring its long-term competitiveness. You will be part of a team working to deliver some of the most innovative and engaging products and customer experiences in the gaming industry, with a specific focus on sportsbook. The Betsson Group’s mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivalled customer experiences, and you will play a crucial part in achieving that mission.
You will collaborate with other product owners, commercial teams, third-party providers and trading to ensure priorities are correctly established and followed, and engage with other delivery teams and a number of stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
A taster of what you will be doing
- Generate and qualify ideas around how to improve the Sportsbook product – Related to our core Sportsbook product (Sportsbook platform).
- Collaborate with third-party providers to integrate their services, aiming to enhance the capabilities and offerings of our Sportsbook product.
- Translation of product and stakeholder requirements into highly specified documentation in the form of User Stories with detailed acceptance criteria.
- Documenting the design and work products, such as wireframes, flowcharts, and detailed requirements documentation.
- Manage the backlog for sportsbook-related work towards relevant development teams. Ensure development teams get the necessary product support to deliver on timelines.
- Hold demos with stakeholders of recently developed features and collect feedback on improvements for future development.
- Fulfil requirements/responsibilities according to the defined Software Development Life Cycle.
- Motivate & inspire the teams, and ensure the teams celebrate success.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner working in agile methodologies;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience from the gaming industry and with Sportsbook
- In-depth understanding of the end-to-end Sportsbook offering flow.
- Expertise with pricing tools and models.
- Engineering / Computer Science degree (M.Sc.) or similar from renowned University
- Experience working with teams in multiple locations;
- Product or project management certification(s);
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence.
