You will be part of a passionate team, which is building an industry leading, scalable, multi-brand platform to support 40+ online brands! Our brands are used by hundreds of thousands of users and growing. 

 A taster of what you will be involved in 

We are currently working in Scrumban; we plan our features together and we are constantly working to improve performance. Our portfolio includes APIs, Microservices and a Realtime Messaging system. You will have the opportunity to work on new features and components as Betsson regularly enters new markets, but you will also work on maintenance and improvements of the existing system. 

 What we are looking for 

  • 3+ years of developing backend systems, preferably in .NET Core/C# with knowledge in ASP.NET Web API 
  • Proficiency in SQL Server; both in writing queries and tuning performance 
  • Experience in design and implementation of distributed and multi-tier systems, understanding SOA principles and service-oriented environments (multiple services, multiple machines) 
  • Knowledge in automated testing and continuous integration 
  • Use of agile/lean methodologies for continuous delivery and improvement 
  • Experience of coaching and mentoring junior colleagues 
  • Confident in both written and spoken English. 

We find it extra awesome if you have experience with: 

  • NoSQL databases  
  • Caching services such as Redis 
  • CRM Systems 
  • Distributed microservice-based architectures 
  • Docker, Consul, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes
