We have an opportunity for a skilled HR Business Partner to join our experienced team in Malta. The primary goal is to enable our Commercial team and leaders to deliver operational excellence and provide the best possible customer experience in the Industry.

Your Role

Become a key player in our global HR team, comprising 45 talented professionals, and collaborate closely with the HR team supporting our Commercial organisation. With employees in multiple locations, you will provide a full-cycle HR support in this hands-on role for Malta whilst working with colleagues in other locations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Manage HR data, ensuring the HRIS is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coach, provide feedback, and guide managers and employees on various HR topics.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Facilitate talent management processes such as development, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Take responsibility for the execution of HR processes and policies.
  • Run and facilitate workshops as part of our initiatives.
  • Reporting into the HR Business Partner Lead, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy.

 

What You'll Bring:

  • At least 4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Understanding of the iGaming sector or similar online industry.
  • Strong people skills and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
  • Proficiency in coaching and supporting managers with key HR guidance.
  • In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and regulatory compliance.
  • A dynamic approach to driving change and impacting real transformation.
  • Excellent multitasking skills, initiative, and result-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and spoken English.

 

A Snapshot of Your Day-to-Day:

  • Working with the HR Business Partner Lead in coaching and providing business support.
  • Being with business leaders and managers, acting as an enabler.
  • Offer day-to-day performance management guidance.
  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Coordinate and follow up on annual HR processes: goal setting, performance reviews, development discussions, promotions, and action plans from employee surveys.
