Your Role
Become a key player in our global HR team, comprising 45 talented professionals, and collaborate closely with the HR team supporting our Commercial organisation. With employees in multiple locations, you will provide a full-cycle HR support in this hands-on role for Malta whilst working with colleagues in other locations.

Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Manage HR data, ensuring the HRIS is up-to-date and accurate.
- Coach, provide feedback, and guide managers and employees on various HR topics.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Facilitate talent management processes such as development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Take responsibility for the execution of HR processes and policies.
- Run and facilitate workshops as part of our initiatives.
- Reporting into the HR Business Partner Lead, ensuring alignment with the overall HR strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- At least 4 years of HR experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Understanding of the iGaming sector or similar online industry.
- Strong people skills and a passion for enhancing employee experiences.
- Proficiency in coaching and supporting managers with key HR guidance.
- In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management and regulatory compliance.
- A dynamic approach to driving change and impacting real transformation.
- Excellent multitasking skills, initiative, and result-driven mindset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken English.
A Snapshot of Your Day-to-Day:
- Working with the HR Business Partner Lead in coaching and providing business support.
- Being with business leaders and managers, acting as an enabler.
- Offer day-to-day performance management guidance.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Coordinate and follow up on annual HR processes: goal setting, performance reviews, development discussions, promotions, and action plans from employee surveys.
