Excellent opportunity to join Betsson Group as our new Marketing Analytics Manager

The Challenge  

As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be part of Betsson’s Analytics team and be responsible for supporting Betsson’s marketing decisions by crunching large data sets, analyzing the results, and gaining insights. Through analyzing both internal and external data, the Marketing Analytics team is responsible for understanding our customers, which in turn help guide our day-to-day marketing activities as well as our global marketing strategy.

You will: 

  • Deep understanding of the KPI metrics supporting the branding marketing strategy through utilizing sponsorships, brand ambassadors, influencers, etc.
  • Thorough understanding of key performance metrics on various digital acquisition channels such as Paid Social, SEO, Affiliates, PPC and their underlying marketing technology.
  • Lead marketing research, including exploratory, descriptive, and predicting analytics, using qualitative and quantitative tools.
  • Full ownership and understanding of the Brand Health monitoring and tracking methodologies and branding funnel.
  • Together with the team identify weak points and effectively improve non-performing areas across different marketing channels for our brands and markets;
  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards highlighting key performance metrics to support prompt and accurate business decisions.
  • Establish innovative strategies to understand and solve complex marketing problems: reach valuable data driven insights, through the discovery of patterns and trends; testing and evaluating various marketing mix models;
  • Lead and develop team of analysts, to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.

 

You’re good at: 

  • Marketing domain expertise: Hands-on experience from tactical marketing analytics (such as marketing mix and attribution modeling, campaign performance analysis, ROI estimates, lifetime value modeling) and consumer-oriented marketing analysis (segmentations, user survey, storytelling about consumers, brand positioning, etc.)
  • Experience with hands-on statistical modeling (such as regression modeling, A/B testing, significance testing etc), knowledge about machine learning (such as predictive modeling, decision trees, classification models, clustering techniques), knowledge about statistical research methods (such as conjoint survey models, segmentation survey methods, etc);
  • Proficient in Excel, Google analytics (GA4), Big Query, MySQL, familiar with ETL tools such as KNIME and at least one scripting language (R, or Python);
  • Expert in analysing large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets with a variety of tools;
  • Expert in visualisation tools such as PowerBI, or Tableau
  • Highly organized with an ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities;
  • Experience managing a team: proven ability to build successful teams, while possessing a collaborative, nonhierarchical and humble leadership style.
