Betsson Group is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Strategy department!  


The purpose of the role is to help the Business Development competency  deliver high-quality projects, initiatives and analysis before entering New Markets and support the Business Development Director during M&As. The Business Intelligence Manager will drive cross-functional and complex projects across the group during discovery phase such as market expansion projects and other strategic initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to inject strategic and innovative thinking to key business challenges across multiple departments and jurisdictions in the organization

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Driving strategic business development tasks within the organization and package presentation material including business plans and value assessments.  
  • Take ownership of relevant areas in the preparation of the Value Assessments of New and existing Markets, coordinating finished presentation with the Business Development Director.  
  • Ensure all relevant data and analysis are presented accurately.  
  • Researching organisations and individuals to find & assess new business opportunities and collect insights on competitors’ products and strategies. 
  • Ensuring that projects are progressing according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters. 
  • Reporting: Coordinate all monthly business update reporting within existing markets.  
  • Gather and brief BA/BI requests from the Business Development Director.  
  • Develop presentations and carry out research that subsequently will be presented to our Operational Management.  

 

You’re good at:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in iGaming.  
  • Excellent project management and planning skills.  
  • Solid Analytics Skills  
  • Financial Background and good undertansing of Business Planning
  • Have a PASSION for the iGaming industry.  
  • Be familiar with most of the Competitors, Suppliers and Products in the iGaming landscape. 
  • Be hands-on and ensure that projects are delivered & initiatives undertaken.  
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Power Point and Power BI  
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Analytical and curious mindset. Be able to research intelligence outside the usual channels.  
  • Good theoretical understanding of value creation and fluency in the financial lingo.  
  • A structured and data-driven approach to problem-solving, doing route cause analysis, and delivering synthesised recommendations with clear action points.
