The Head of Affiliates will be responsible for leading and managing the affiliate marketing program. This role will focus heavily on the analytical aspects of affiliate marketing, ensuring data-driven decisions optimize affiliate performance and drive company growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and extensive experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry.
A flavour of what you'll do
- Continuously fuel the evolution of Betsson Group affiliate strategy and programme in line with the wider group strategy and targets
- Manage affiliates to increase revenue and overall ROI.
- Outline KPI’s and provide consistent reporting for all marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with local marketing team as well as the creative teams to ensure company brand guidelines are adhered to.
- As part of our test-and-learn approach, initiate new campaign ideas, incentives and bonus offers.
- Develop annual affiliate campaign calendar and roll-out plans
- Work closely with key stakeholders, in order to integrate affiliate marketing into the wider marketing mix.
- Lead, motivate & bring out the best in the existing affiliate team
You’re good at:
- 5+ years’ experience from affiliation or similar role
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical and numbers driven
- Open and responsive problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership Skills
- Experience from the iGaming industry is an asset
- Bachelors in Marketing, Business or related field
