The Wow
You'll become part of a dynamic and highly motivated team in our Malta office, responsible for compiling and trading odds for both pre-match and in-play markets. While your primary focus will be on eSports, you'll also have responsibilities for our EU Sports products.
What's in it for you?
We believe that a successful candidate for this role should have a passion for eSports games and betting, combined with strong numerical and analytical skills. You'll report directly to the European & eSports Manager and work closely with your eSports team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the eSports offering for both pre-match and live markets.
- Bringing creativity to our Player specials offer.
- Collecting, managing, and analyzing data for different eSports.
- Ensuring a full and competitive sports offering is always provided.
- Reporting issues with third-party providers to optimize trading product delivery and maximize margin.
- Maintaining close communication with the Client Risk department to enhance customer analysis.
- Monitoring market trends and competitors.
- Effective error reporting and problem-solving.
- Assisting our EU team as required.
- Providing feedback and input to improve the product.
- Assisting with testing new providers.
What are we looking for?
- Passion for eSports games such as CS:GO, LoL, Dota2, Overwatch, Apex Legends, CoD, Mobile legends, Rainbow Six, Rocket League, Starcraft 2, Valorant, Warcraft III, Wild Rift.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong numerical ability with a focus on probability and risk distribution.
- Preferably, prior experience with third-party trading providers.
- Ability to work accurately with exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and night shifts to support our sporting calendar.
- Quick thinking and ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Strong team spirit and a passion for sharing knowledge and findings. We work as one TEAM!
