As a Sponsorship and Partnership Manager, LATAM, you will oversee all Sponsorship, local Partnership, and influencer marketing activities across the markets for all brands in the region. The role entails managing the LATAM Sponsorship, partnership, and influencer marketing activities, playing an advisory role to the local market teams in the other LATAM markets. You will provide industry insights and up-to-date knowledge, including procure and evaluate new sponsorship and partnership opportunities based on the needs and target KPIs of the business, as well as producing business cases for investment in potential deals.

A Flavour Of What You’ll Be Doing:

The main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and coordinate all Sponsorship and local Partnership related activities across the market for all brands in LATAM.
  • Provide industry insights and up-to-date knowledge, including procure and evaluate new sponsorship and partnership opportunities based on the needs of the business and the KPIs targeted by our business strategy, as well as producing business cases for investment in potential deals.
  • Execute on our business strategy for our key sponsorships and partnerships.
  • Facilitate development, execution and analysis of all sponsorship and partnership return on investment throughout the year, to support and stimulate the growth of the group’s brands.
  • Work closely with our legal, contract and compliance team to ensure that all contracts with third party entities leave our brands in a commercially strong and legally safe state.
  • Review results and customer analysis to establish learnings.
  • Oversee tactical implementation of sponsorships at high profile events. Specific services could include management and maximization of assets including and not limited to Digital Media plan and execution, SoMe, LED, external media, Co-Branded BTL and ATL activities.
  • Overview budgetary controls for partnership & sponsorship spend, payment of invoices and overall tracking of spend levels including activation fees and branding production.
  • Oversee and coordinate alliances with top ambassadors and digital influencers.
  • Work with the brand ambassadors to ensure we get full equity from their fan base by utilizing the assets available in the ambassador contract.
  • Support local teams in activities related to influencer marketing.
  • Work with the wider digital marketing team to ensure that your activity benefits other areas, for example utilizing partnerships for SEO benefit.
