We are looking for a Tech Project Manager to join quite a new Team inside the Product Development Department. The ideal candidate will drive mostly Tech Compliance/Security Audits, coordinating Tech resources inside PD, communicating with Compliance Team, supporting the Audits and ensuring an on time and smooth delivery. The joiner will also have the opportunity to Manage Tech Projects not Compliance related.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Coordinate internal Tech resources and Compliance resources for the flawless execution of Compliance projects/Audit Projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time
- Developing project plans, identifying milestones involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate change management techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with internal technical stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Document & coordinate quality assurance efforts in various Betsson projects and products in order to get a better understanding of internal systems, back-office platforms and front-end products
- Analyse and summarize technical compliance and business requirements to better understand quality assurance needs and processes
You’re good with:
- Experience in iGaming industry
- Technical knowledge and understanding
- B2B/B2C iGaming Compliance /Audit knowledge and experience (ISMS, ISS, Game integration certification, Platform certification, PCI DSS etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentations skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence, MS Project PPM Express
- Project Management certification (PRINCE II)
- Flexibility in the role
