We are looking for a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our company.
Overview:
The main responsibility for a UX designer in the product department is to champion the design of software and applications to meet our customers needs and desires. The UX designer will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.
The role requires an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and commercial requirements and solve problems. Ultimately, the UX designer is on a continuous mission to make the product more user-friendly, exiting, and intuitive to attract and retain customers.
Main responsibilities:
- Strong design portfolio highlighting UX/UI skills in various areas. Examples in gaming and/or fintech are an advantage.
- Deep understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
- Experience with using metrics, data, and research to drive product design decisions.
- Experience working with a design system or pattern design library.
- Experience within the online gambling industry and a passion for creating responsible and enjoyable gaming experiences is an advantage.
- Specializes in designing UI layouts and UX flows in their entirety for Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop devices to solve customer problems and speed up development. Experience with native Applications for Apple and Android devices is a bonus.
- Iterative UX Design, you know how to prepare and release large scale designs, releasing these to developers in stages and seeing them through to completion.
- Strong interpersonal and technical skills to effectively communicate your design decisions and ideas in a professional manner to developers, PO’s and other stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends.
- 3+ years of experience in user interface design, user experience design, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Formal qualification(s) in interaction design, human-machine interaction, or similar will be considered a plus.
