We are seeking an experienced Software Development Team Lead to join our agile development team. You will be tasked with building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. As a leader, you will be expected to foster an environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and productivity.

As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship, promoting the sharing of knowledge and continuous learning
  • Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and project estimations
  • Participate in hands-on coding, contributing to the development of complex features and functionalities
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, communicate project progress, and manage expectations effectively
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring our systems remain scalable, secure, and performant
  • Provide third-level support to business users, addressing critical software bugs and complexities that require in-depth knowledge of the application
  • Analyse and resolve technical and application problems, making necessary modifications to mitigate the impact on project delivery
  • Work with teammates in the migration of legacy applications to current technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruption to business operations


Who you are


  • At least 5 years of experience in software development
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team
  • Experience in iGaming
