As the Director of Payments Engineering will play a critical role in driving innovation, ensuring the reliability of our payment systems, and staying up-to-date with emerging payment technologies and trends. Your mission is to lead and manage our payments technology team. The Director
A taster of what you will be involved with:
- Payment Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive payments technology strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives.
- Payment System Development: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of payment systems, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Payment Processing: Oversee the end-to-end payment processing, including transaction handling, fraud prevention, and reconciliation.
- Payment Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect financial data and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Innovation: Stay current with emerging payment technologies and trends, and drive innovation in payment solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant payment industry regulations and standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of payments engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth
What we are looking for:
- Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in payments engineering or a related field, with a strong background in payment technology.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in payment processing, security, and risk management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with payment industry regulations and compliance.
