Following the launch of our online sports betting brand on the French market, you will be the Lead Tech, assisting the CTO. You will namely be in charge of overseeing various technical projects and partnerships, while also providing assistance to stakeholders, as well as hands-on on various technical subjects regarding infrastructure.
You should possess significant experience in managing technical projects and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and technical third parties. Our technical stack primarily
What you will do
• Manage technical projects (backends, frontends) and external teams
• Supervise deployment and product lifecycles
• Automate and enhance internal business processes by creating and deploying tools
• Establish and oversee monitoring KPIs and measure technical performance in coordination with the CTO and stakeholders
• Master complex business-oriented tools and assist stakeholders
• Compile and maintain technical documentation for the organization
• Prepare for technical audits
• Participate in technology watch initiatives
Key Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science
- Proficient in English (French is a plus)
- Broad technical knowledge or willingness to learn a wide technical spectrum (development, security, scalability, network and IT infrastructure)
- Knowledge of database servers (SQL servers is a plus)
- Windows servers and Linux admin knowledge
- DevOps experience
- AWS and cloud flare experience is a plus
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with a general-purpose programming language like Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Ability to define and implement technical KPIs
- Proficient in troubleshooting and performing QA
- Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Collaborative team player who works towards common objectives
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
