​As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our customers by addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues through various communication channels. You will also focus on building strong customer relationships by delivering personalized and memorable experiences.​

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently manage customer requests, providing accurate responses, and actively seeking solutions to their problems.​
  • Demonstrate empathy by understanding customer needs and concerns, and providing appropriate support.​
  • Collaborate closely with other members of the Customer Care team to share knowledge, exchange best practices, and solve problems collaboratively.​
  • Be a driver of change and progress by suggesting innovative ideas to continuously improve our customer service.​
  • Work responsibly, adhering to internal procedures and policies.​

 

​Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer care, preferably in the online gaming industry.​
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt to different individuals.​
  • Strong autonomy in managing tasks and priorities, with the ability to make informed decisions.​
  • Ability to embrace challenges with a positive attitude and remain calm in stressful situations.​
  • Strong team player mindset, with a willingness to collaborate effectively and support other team members.​
  • Experience with Zendesk would be a plus.​
