The Beto for America National Organizing Team is hiring! Our mission at Beto For America is to elect Beto O’Rourke as the 46th President of the United States. Recruit, train, and manage volunteer leaders and volunteers in several key states across the country
Strategize and implement programs for volunteer engagement, retention, and escalation in their assigned states
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key voters and volunteers in assigned area
Maintain detailed tracking of activities and program results for their assigned states
Create and implement plans to hit program goals and build volunteer teams in assigned turf - ensuring that daily, weekly, and monthly goals are met and exceeded
Hold volunteer teams accountable to programmatic metrics through training, coaching, check-ins, and leadership development
Remotely develop and manage a team of volunteer leaders in key states across the country
Other duties as assigned
At least one cycle of competitive organizing experience preferred, but not required
Ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
Willingness to work extensive hours, including nights and weekends
Strong interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and ability to motivate volunteers
Ability to problem solve effectively and creatively
Ability to relocate to El Paso
