The Beto for America Digital Team is hiring! Our mission at Beto For America is to elect Beto O’Rourke as the 46th President of the United States. Managing Beto for America's video operation, which will consist of producer-editors, DPs, and assistants.
Working closely with our social media, content, and creative operations to ensure the delivery of creative video content across all of our channels.
Supervising editing to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Hiring and maintaining a database of freelance professionals.
Overseeing the budgeting process for internal video production.
Incorporating creative ideas at every step of production.
Improving the teams work while ensuring a collaborative process.
3-5 years of video management experience (political experience a plus but by no means required).
Knowledge of Adobe CS suite.
Knowledge of and experience with technical elements of video production including: photography, editing, pre-production, digital media management .
Experience with video for social media in high profile media, corporate, or political environments.
Experience with paid media across digital and television.
